On the second day after munching on our croissants the wonderful proprietor of the bakery sweetly announced that they made bouillabaisse soup for the first time. Now I truly was in heaven and it was as close to authentic as I have tasted in a long time. Well we are back and this year and I hope the soup and croissants are still available.
